DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
Authorizes your Attorney in fact to manage your property in the event of your absence or disability.

MEDICAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (Advanced Directive)
Authorizes your agent to make health care decisions should you become incapacitated.
